Beautiful apartment in the district of Cannaregio

We were super happy. I had me \"recorded\", the transfer to another apartment went easily and free of charge.In Venice we were good at a central place to find nice and promptly received. The apartment is located in Venice super centrally in a nice lively area, which is not actually an apartment, but... rather a spacious House of fuer4. What do you want? In the apartment there were high-quality welcome package and many information en. The young lady was sympathetic on time and very courteous and readily what concerned the modalities with regard to our departure (she told directly locally and we could then leave the luggage up to our evening flight in the apartment). Of toilet paper to \"Tabs\" for the dishwasher, everything was there. the kitchen was so equipped, that you could actually Cook (we have for 4 persons due to the prices of Venice) well done. There was a very well stocked supermarket on Laufabstand.Einziger \"Criticism\": in the kitchen lacks for the electrical appliances refrigerator close to \"normal\" Sockets, so you had aussteckern to the refrigerator to operate the micro. We could but just fine living :).Still, it is worth noting that there is a catering operation below the apartment, so it was often quite busy on the road. However, the window of the apartment are exceptionally well insulated so you can sleep with the Windows closed just fine, even if it is sensitive. As it is at higher temperatures, eludes my knowledge, since we in October (and in a right cool :)) were there. We have already recommended the apartment. Thank you for everything! 

Wir waren super zufrieden. Ich hatte mich "verbucht", die Umbuchung auf eine andere Wohnung ging problemlos und kostenfrei. In Venedig wurden wir an einem zentralen, gut zu findenden Ort nett und pünktlich empfangen. Die Wohnung liegt super zentral in einem sehr netten belebten Viertel, wobei es ...sich nicht eigentlich um eine Wohnung handelt, sondern eher um ein geräumiges Haus für4 Personen mitten in Venedig. Was will man mehr? In der Wohnung gab es en hochwertiges Begrüßungspaket und viele Infos. Die junge Dame war sympathisch pünktlich und sehr zuvorkommend und bereitwillig was die Modalitäten bezüglich unserer Abreise betraf (sie hat sich direkt vor Ort informiert und wir konnten dann das Gepäck bis zu unserem Abendflug in der Wohnung lassen). Von Toilettenpapier bis "Tabs" für die Spülmaschine war alles vorhanden. die Küche war so ausgestattet, dass man tatsächlich kochen konnte (haben wir für 4 Personen aufgrund der Venedigpreise) auch getan. Es gab einen sehr gut sortierten Supermarkt auf Laufabstand. Einziger "Kritikpunkt": In der Küche fehlt es für die elektrischen Geräte in Kühlschranknähe an "normalen" Steckdosen, so dass man den Kühlschrank aussteckern musste um die Mikro zu betreiben. Konnten wir aber prima mit leben :). Angemerkt sei noch, dass es unterhalb der Wohnung einen Gastronomiebetrieb gibt, sodass es auf der Straße oft recht belebt zuging. Allerdings sind die Fenster der Wohnung außergewöhnlich gut isoliert, sodass man bei geschlossenen Fenstern prima schlafen kann, auch dann, wenn man empfindlich ist. Wie das bei höheren Temperaturen ist, entzieht sich meiner Kenntnis, da wir im Oktober (und in einem recht kühlen :) ) da waren. Wir haben die Wohnung schon weiter empfohlen. Vielen Dank für alles!

The accommodation is very well located, clean and quiet.The proprietaite gave us housing prior to the time we left the housing later than expected, no supplement we were asked and bail not taken.

Le logement est très bien situé, propre et calme. Le propriétaite nous a donné le logement avant l'heure et nous avons laissé le logement plus tard que prévu, aucun supplément nous a été demandé et pas de caution prise.
