Beautiful apartment in the centre of Venice

The apartment is fantastic. We are regular visitors to Venice and this is certainly one of the best places we have stayed. M was very helpful and friendly. The location is ideal and the facilities excellent. All the rooms are comfortable and bright the area, although very near to all facilties, has a real Venetian feel to it. Thank you

It is a beautiful apartment located really quiet while being in the centre. We enjoyed small details such as the commodities (sugar, salt, oil, coffee), closets we avoiding to go shopping. A fairly large supermarket 5 mins walk what is valuable.

C'est un très bel appartement situé vraiment au calme tout en étant dans le centre. Nous avons apprécié des petits détails tels que les produits de première nécessité dans les placards (sucre, sel, huile, café), nous évitant d'aller tout de suite faire des courses. Un supermarché assez grand est à 5 mn à pied ce qui est très appréciable.

Everything perfect. The ideal, spacious, clean and very well located apartment near Piazzale Roma, where it leaves the airport bus. The very full floor, both kitchenware and cleaning equipment.Only perhaps clarify what to do selection of trash, but also does not collect it. In Venice there are ...according to waste collection day (paper, plastic...)Perhaps dberia indicate what day is collected each subject.In general excellent. Thanks in particular to Mrs M for their emails and attention. 

Todo perfecto. El apartamento ideal, amplio, limpio y muy bien situado, al lado de Piazzale Roma, donde deja el autobus del aeropuerto. El equipamiento del piso muy completo, tanto de menaje como de limpieza. Solo matizar quizás que hay que hacer selección de la basura, sinó no la recogen. En ...Venecia hay recogida de residuos segun el día (papel, plastico...)Quizás dbería indicarse qué día se recoge cada materia. En general excelente. Gracias en particular a la Sra. M por sus mails y atención.  

When we arrived at the apartment, not funionaba heating, and not fixed it until the next day.

Cuando llegamos al apartamento, no funionaba la calefacción, Y no la arreglaron hasta el día siguiente.

Estimado Cliente, Desde Oh le damos las gracias por sus comentarios. El problema ha sido arreglado la mañana siguiente a la llegada de las clientas debido a que ese mismo día era festivo. Durante la estancia la PO se disculpó y compensó a las clientas por la eventual molestia. El PO confirma que ahora todo funciona correctamente.

Housing is rather warm and in perfect condition very well renovated and well placed in Venise.La fix size that we met is the lack of heating and hot water when, we stopped several times on our contact a person came on the spot but nothing has changed.In view of the cold and wet weather that we had ...it was very very annoying.My last post to my interlocutor on the spot or I proposed him to meet at the time of departure to talk about hoping a possible discount on the cost remained unanswered, we have seen no the day of departure. 

Le logement est plutôt chaleureux et en parfait état très bien rénové et bien placé dans Venise. La difficulté de taille que nous avons rencontré c'est l'absence de chauffage et par moment d'eau chaude, nous avons interpellé plusieurs fois notre contact une personne est venue sur place ...mais rien a changé. Vu le temps froid et humide que nous avons connu c'était très très embêtant. Mon dernier message à mon interlocuteur sur place ou je lui proposais de se rencontrer au moment du départ pour en parler espérant une éventuelle remise sur le cout est resté sans réponse, nous avons vu personne le jour du départ. 

L’équipe d’OH vous remercie pour votre commentaire. Le propriétaire nous confirme avoir pris les mesures nécessaires et dorénavant le chauffage et le chauffe-eau fonctionnent correctement.

Throughout our stay was excellent, the apartment is such which is shown on lasfotografias, it is very spacious and comfortable, the location is central because the front of the train station and you can walk everywhere. One aspect to improve is the cleaning of cooking utensils.

Toda nuestra estadía fue excelente,el apartamento es tal cual se muestra en lasfotografias,es muy amplio y cómodo,la ubicacion es central porque esta frente a la estacion de trenes y puedes ir caminando a todos lados. Un aspecto a mejorar es la limpieza de los utensilios de cocina.

Well furnished, clean, practical in many family, nothing to say we have been very satisfied.And air-con during periods of heat wave is a non-negligible più!

Bien meublé, bien propre, pratique en famille nombreuses, rien à dire nous avons été très satisfaits. Et la clim en période de canicule est un plus non négligeable !
