Nice apartment located in the heart of Venice

This apartment is located in a pretty house that enjoys a great location in the heart of Venice, in the San Marco district, a few minutes from the mythical square and 100 metres from the famous Museo di Palazzo Grassi. The central location of the building is a great starting point to easily visit the city’s immense cultural and artistic heritage, characterised by the most romantic and unique atmosphere in the world. The house, set out over two floors and completely revamped, has been smartly furnished with valuable furniture, and is furnished with everything you need to make your holiday as pleasant as possible, with that touch of familiarity that only a real house can give. The apartment has a very characteristic hallway, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and an oven, a bathroom and a spacious living room with a TV and a double sofa bed. There are two spacious and bright double bedrooms, provided with beams with wooden staves and typical Murano glass chandeliers, and a bathroom with a hydromassage tub. The apartment also makes available to guests everything they need for breakfast (coffee, tea, biscuits…) and to cook with (oil, salt, pepper…). If you pay for it and request it, you also have a cupboard available with typical and exquisite Italian produce, as well as a cellar. Directions to services and other facilities available in the area are available to our guests whenever they require it, a calendar of the artistic and cultural events taking place in the city, as well as brochures and maps of Venice, maps of both the museums as well as the main tourist attractions.
